1. Agreement, seller, and eligibility

   These Terms govern your use of TickerStance and TickerStance Pro. By creating an account, using the service, or completing a Pro purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

   TickerStance is the trading name of TICKERHOUSE MOE, organisation number 938 127 824, registered in the Brønnøysund Register Centre. Our registered business address is Solveig Abrahamsens veg 2G, 7054 RANHEIM, Norway. Contact us at [email protected].

   Paid Pro use is available only to people aged 18 or older. Mandatory rights that apply to you as a consumer continue to apply notwithstanding these Terms.

2. Service description

   TickerStance is an online, end-of-day market-regime and market-data analysis product. It may display Stance readings, market and security data, screens, ranks, labels, lists, themes, sectors, industries, fundamentals, historical replay, watchlists, terminal queries, editorial material, and related analytical tools.

   Free access and Pro access offer different tools. TickerStance does not execute or arrange transactions, hold assets, connect to your brokerage account, manage a portfolio, or monitor your complete financial position.

3. No investment advice, recommendation, or solicitation

   TickerStance provides impersonal, end-of-day market information and rules-based analysis. It does not tell you to buy, sell, hold, short, avoid, or otherwise transact in any instrument; assess suitability; know your circumstances; execute trades; hold assets; or act as your broker, investment adviser, fiduciary, or agent.

   Labels such as leader, strong, weak, setup, breakout, base, momentum, relative strength, risk-on, and risk-off, together with scores, ranks, shortlists, scans, alerts, themes, charts, watchlists, terminal results, and historical examples, are rules-based observations under the published methodology. They are not statements of suitability, quality, fair value, expected return, or instructions to trade.

   TickerStance does not request or assess your assets, debts, holdings, income, objectives, investment horizon, liquidity needs, experience, tax position, loss capacity, risk tolerance, or jurisdictional restrictions. Choosing a filter, entering a query, saving a ticker, or creating a watchlist does not turn an output into personal advice.

   You alone decide whether to act and are responsible for every trade, position size, risk limit, gain, and loss. Market information, models, rankings, labels, data sources, and historical examples can be delayed, incomplete, stale, restated, interrupted, or wrong. Verify material information against primary sources and your broker before acting.

   Past performance, backtests, replays, screens, ranks, and hypothetical examples do not predict future results. Trading can result in the loss of some or all capital and, for products that permit it, losses greater than the initial amount invested.

   Use of the service creates no investment-adviser, broker-client, fiduciary, portfolio-manager, research-client, agency, partnership, or other professional relationship. Where appropriate, obtain advice from independently chosen, properly licensed investment, legal, tax, and accounting professionals.

4. Subscriptions, tax, cancellation, and refunds

   TickerStance Pro is USD 28 per month, plus tax where applicable. The price, currency, taxes, and payment method shown at Checkout control for that purchase. Stripe processes payments. Your card issuer may separately charge exchange-rate or other fees.

   Your subscription renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel online through your Account or Stripe Customer Portal. A cancellation submitted before the next renewal prevents that renewal and normally leaves Pro access active through the current paid period. There is no annual commitment, minimum term, or cancellation fee.

   Request a full refund of your first Pro payment within 14 calendar days by emailing [email protected]. You do not need to give a reason. Later renewal payments are not refundable merely because the service was unused, except where mandatory law, service non-conformity, an improper charge, or our express written promise requires a refund. Refunds are made to the original payment method where practicable.

   We may change a price only with clear advance notice and only for a future renewal. A stated grandfathered price will be honored according to the offer shown at enrollment and any separately disclosed continuity conditions.

5. Accounts and security

   Keep your account and billing information accurate, protect your login links and sessions, and promptly notify us of suspected compromise. We may use proportionate security controls and suspend a compromised account while preserving legitimate cancellation and support access.

6. Licence and acceptable use

   During authorized access, we grant the named account holder a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service personally or for that user’s own internal business analysis.

   • Do not share credentials, resell access, publicly redistribute output, sublicense, scrape, crawl, bulk export, mirror, evade limits, bypass access controls, conduct unauthorized security testing, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully.
   • Do not train a model on protected output, construct a substitute database, or operate a competing information, signals, or advice service from the service or its output.
   • Reasonable manual notes and limited exports for your own analysis remain allowed.

7. Intellectual property, third-party data, and user material

   TickerStance retains rights in its software, interface, original content, compilation, methodology expression, and branding. Facts and third-party data remain subject to applicable law and source-provider rights; these Terms do not claim ownership of facts.

   You retain ownership of watchlists, labels, and material you provide. You grant only the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and return that material while providing the service. Privacy processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.

8. Sponsorship, advertising, and conflicts

   Advertising and sponsorship must be clearly labeled and distinguishable from analytical output. Commercial payment cannot determine which security, issuer, fund, industry, theme, or broker appears; its rank or score; whether it is highlighted or omitted; or how data, commentary, methodology, or editorial coverage treats it.

   Any material commercial relationship or material holding directly connected to specifically discussed content will be disclosed clearly and near that content when required. Undisclosed paid issuer or security promotion and undisclosed broker referral compensation are prohibited.

9. Service changes, availability, and statutory quality rights

   The service may evolve for security, correctness, legal compliance, data-source availability, or product development. For a material adverse change to a continuing paid digital service, we will provide clear advance notice on a durable medium and honor any termination, continued-version, price-reduction, repair, refund, or other right required by law.

   We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service unless separately agreed. Planned maintenance, emergency maintenance, vendor outages, and events beyond reasonable control can affect availability. If we permanently discontinue paid service, we will stop renewal and refund any prepaid period we cannot provide, subject to stronger mandatory rights.

10. Suspension and termination

    We may suspend or terminate access for material nonpayment, security threats, unlawful activity, abuse, prohibited extraction, or material breach. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to cure. Enforcement will be proportionate and will not obstruct cancellation, invoices, refund requests, or mandatory remedies.

    You may close a free account and cancel a paid subscription using the published mechanisms. Payment already due, ownership, lawful use restrictions, disclaimers, and dispute provisions survive to the extent permitted by law.

11. Warranties and liability

    Except where law requires otherwise, the service is provided as available. We disclaim implied warranties only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer conformity, repair, replacement, price reduction, termination, refund, damages, or other non-waivable rights.

    Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where applicable, breach of non-waivable confidentiality or data duties, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Complaints, governing law, and disputes

    Please contact [email protected] first with enough information for us to investigate a complaint, cancellation, or refund request.

    Norwegian law governs by default and Norwegian courts have non-exclusive contractual jurisdiction. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or access to a competent court or consumer forum in their country of residence. These Terms do not require arbitration and do not waive class-action rights.

13. General provisions

    We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes receive advance notice and a new version is published while the version you accepted remains archived. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Headings are for convenience and do not change meaning.

    Notices may be delivered through the service or by email where permitted. We may assign these Terms only in a way that does not reduce mandatory consumer rights. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
